The Hope4NC Helpline (1-855-587-3463) is here to connect North Carolinians with emotional support and mental health resources to help build coping skills and resilience during times of crisis. The helpline is available free of charge to everyone in North Carolina’s 100 counties. Hope4NC is confidential and available 24/7. A live person will always answer, no matter when help is needed.

Currituck County Schools is pleased to inform our community of a partnership with Integrated Family Services that provides a Crisis CHAT line that is available for all staff, students, parents, family, and friends that will offer online emotional support 24 hours a day.  Trained chat specialists are available to assist individuals who are depressed, going through a hard time, need to talk, or having thoughts of hurting themselves.  Any life issues may be discussed utilizing the Crisis CHAT line.  The goal of Integrated Family Services’ Crisis CHAT line is to help you and others reduce stress and feel empowered to make healthy decisions.

Triple P is a parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It’s more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need. You choose the way you want to use them. They offer free online parenting resources and classes.
