    I grew up in Manteo, NC on the Outer Banks. I love that I have the opportunity to teach students from Eastern North Carolina. I graduated from East Carolina University in 2018 with a bachelors degree in Health and Wellness Studies. I then went on to substitute teach in Dare County while obtaining my Masters Degree in Health and Physical Education from UNCW. This is my second year teaching at CCHS. 

     

    This year in my Healthful Living classes I am incorporating pedometers into my daily physical education class. It has been amazing to see the students moving for the entire bell. I can't wait to see how many steps we take!
