During an actual hearing, the Honor Court is typically comprised of 2-7 students (to include under and upperclassmen) 1-2 teachers, 1 administrator, and at times a community member or parent. To avoid possible conflict of interests, HC members reserve the right to not participate in a particular hearing if they feel they cannot be unbiased in that particular case.
If a teacher is involved in a student's violation, he/she will be asked to participate. Additionally, the alleged student reserves the right to request the testimony of another student who witnessed the alleged event.
